In 2017, after some significant changes across the company, the Cardno Board and Executive Leadership Team felt it was a great time to refresh the company brand, focusing on the vision, purpose and values (VPV). As these elements are at the core of a business for all employees to follow, those employees needed to guide us in our foundations.
Once the VPV was defined, I designed new collateral for display in offices and a launch presentation and internal comms from the CEO on where to from there. I then worked with our Global HR Team on the companies new Code of Conduct.
Work completed for Cardno.
We engaged an external agency to produce a video to launch our new vision, purpose and values to Cardno employees and eventually to an external audience. The below video is a result of collaboration and art direction with Big Fish.
