I can not even begin to describe the joy I personally experience while bringing some joy into the lives of seriously ill children and their families in my local area as a Make-A-Wish Australia volunteer. So when my branch decided to run a Halloween themed trivia night to increase our local fundraising efforts, I jumped in to help.
As the Communications Coordinator for my branch, I offered to do all the design work for the event. This involved coming up with the look and feel and applying to collateral promoting the event, running the Facebook event page, writing, generating and posting event-related content. I also designed the on the night graphics, including the trivia presentation, table styling and graphics for an interactive activity giving guests the chance to win a significant prize.
Work completed for Make-A-Wish Brisbane North Branch, as the Communications Coordinator.
