As a professional services company, Cardno is a people business and people with technical expertise within the services Cardno provides to its clients. 2020 introduced the Technical Excellence program internally and externally. In 2022, we looked at how to showcase the new cohort of employees promoted into the three levels of technical excellence from global to regional and local experts.
This campaign covered three areas, starting with developing internal emails and intranet pages to share who our experts were across the globe. From here, a short motion graphic was designed to externally launch the global and regional experts. The final campaign piece saw PDF sliders and single images developed for our service line/state managers to share through their LinkedIn, showing their local experts.
A core part of creating an engaging look was using background images that hinted at the service the people shown were experts in, covering environmental, engineering and international development experts. The block pattern was then used on any website content from our global and regional experts, creating a visual link across any touchpoint of this campaign for consistency.
